Camelier moderates INTA Roundtable about the doctrine of secondary meaning from the perspective of Brazilian law
On Monday, June 30, 2014, 10:30 am–12:30 pm, Camelier will held the INTA Roundtable which will discuss the doctrine of secondary meaning from the perspective of Brazilian law, the Brazilian PTO and the case law. The renowned panelists will address the issue of acquisition of distinctiveness of trademarks by long use in commerce.
